Most people don't like being hurt.
So we only go to war if either:

1. The other side is much weaker
   (e.g. America versus a third world nation), or

2. We feel we have nothing to lose
   (e.g. 1930s Germany under hyper inflation).

Ground rents end poverty and dictatorship, thus removing the first cause of war. It also makes everyone richer, removing the second cause. So war becomes a thing of the past.

Economics has already ended war for many of us. Rich, comfortable nations no longer fight each other. Ground rent just brings everybody into the rich club.

The same principles apply to ideology, terrorism
and every other kind of conflict.
