Guidelines
for submission
1. Be sure
to tell me your info (by-line, what it is, etc.) - this insures that proper
credit is given and that it goes to the correct secion.
2. Be sure your submission is legal. For instance, fan art is fine. A
fan game is cool, but may be borderline due to legal issues. A fangame
made with graphics ripped directly from the game is right out. Like that.
I would love to receive screenshots for the "versions" page
of Zak in other languages, especially if the language conversion also
included some graphics changes as far as injokes, etc, but will not accept
submissions or (offers to submit) the translated games themselves due
to legal reasons and the fact that my non-english skills are mostlylimited
to swear words.
3. Please submit your own work. If you find a submission that isn't currently
on Mindbent, submit the info about where you found it. This way, I can
contact the author/artist myself and ask permission. You, of course, will
get public credit for bringing it to my attention.
How to
submit
Send an e-mail
to whatsisname@mixnmojo.com
with the subject "Mindbent submission" (or something similar letting
me know it's not spam mail). Please include the following info in the e-mail:
your name, the name of your submission, and the section it should go in.
If the submission is larger than one megabyte, please don't attach it to
the email. Just let me know the file size. We can hash out, via e-mail or
IRC, how to get your work on the page.
