I just dug up an old clay tablet. I was helping my girlfriend, an archaeologist. She can't believe it! It's an early copy of the Gilgamesh epic!

She says Gilgamesh is the most important book in the history of the world! The first great story ever written, about the greatest hero in all history, containing the meaning of life! She says it was the most popular book in the world for over two thousand years, the period when empires were invented, and humans conquered the world.

Should I ask her about Uruk, this place where we are digging? Or should I ask her about Gilgamesh the man? Or should I jump ahead to where the story really begins? Or do something else?
