Someone is drowning! Screaming for help!

The people are playing in the shallow part of the river. One of them slipped and fell into the deep, fast moving part. She's drowning! And the others don't care, they just carry on playing! I run further down river and wade in.

I manage to catch her. But she would have died if I hadn't been here!

She is so grateful! She makes me garlands of flowers and kisses my hands! This is the first time I've seen any of these people show any kind of gratitude, or any real interest in anything. From the way she talks I think her name is "Weena".

She really likes me and wants to be with me all the time. Should I let her stay with me from now on? Or leave her with the others? Or do something else?
